My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, the location was not ideal, with questionable individuals around. There were issues with being overcharged and check-out confusion, leading to extra charges. The service was comfortable, but there were delays in room readiness post check-out.

Moving my family out of that room was urgent due to the overwhelming smell of smoke in a non-smoking room, particularly challenging for my wife's asthma. The lack of essential amenities like a television and working phone made multiple trips to the front desk necessary, even in pouring rain. Both rooms reeked of smoke, with broken and overdue beds adding to the discomfort.

The service was mix, with some staff being friendly and others not so much. The location was convenient for work but had its sketchy moments, making me nervous to leave after dark.
